The seven days will be an amazing journey through Uganda’s western loop to the Gorilla land-Bwindi Impenetrable National park for gorilla tracking. It will also include a break of the journey at Lake Mburo national park, which is Uganda’s smallest savanna park. Here you will engage in an evening game drive and morning walking safari before heading for Bwindi. After gorilla tracking, you will visit Uganda’s most popular park, Queen Elizabeth National Park for a game drive and search for the tree climbing lions in the Ishasha Sector.
Day 1- Arrival and Pick Up
On your arrival at Entebbe international airport (EBB), you will be met by our safaris staff/representative that will transfer you to your hotel for relaxation as you wait for your next day’s adventure to Western Uganda.

Day 2- Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
  Today after breakfast, we drive westwards to Lake Mburo National park. The park is about a 4-5 hours’ drive a smooth road and with various attractions on the road like local drum makes and the equator. You will arrive at the park during lunch time and check in for lunch and refresh. Later in the evening, go for a game drive as you watch wildlife like Impalas, zebras, giraffes elands etc. before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3-Morning walk and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Lake Mburo National park, is low on the count of predator, this makes if a park that offers unique experiences from Horseback, walking, and bicycle safari. Today, morning after breakfast, you meet the park rangers that will lead you on a walk through the park for an up-close to wildlife at the park. After the walk, you will have lunch and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National park arriving in the evening.
You will have dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 4- First Gorilla Encounter
Today Morning, wake up early and have breakfast at the lodge, and pack your lunch. The guide will drive to the park offices where you will meet the ranger guides and fellow trackers for a briefing before you venture into the forest for a trek to the gorillas. You will spend 3-7 hours in the forest and when you get to the gorillas you will be allowed an hour for watching and photography. After you return to the lodge for relaxation. Later in the evening you can opt for a community tour (Optional). You will have dinner and overnight at you lodge.

Day 5-Second Gorilla tracking and Transfer to Ishasha-Queen Elizabeth National Park
Today morning, you have breakfast at the lodge, carry packed lunch and enough drinking water in preparation for your second encounter with the gorillas. You will drive to the park headquarters for a briefing after which you will take a hike through the tropical forest of Bwindi for an hour with the mountain gorillas. The trek can take 3-7 hours depending on the location of the gorillas (you can choose to track a different family/group today). After an hour on the cold ground watching and photographing gorillas, you will return and continue north to Queen Elizabeth National park. Arrive in the evening and check in at your lodge. Depending on the time and fatigue from the tracking you can choose to relax at the lodge or do an evening game drive.

Day 6- Morning game drive and Transfer to Kampala
Today morning, you will do a morning game drive in the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park-Ishasha that is famous for the tree climbing lions. The Ishasha plains, have a quantity of wildlife from topis, elephants, buffaloes, lions, hippos, among other and of course the famous prides that always rest in the shady fig trees. After the game drive you will have early lunch and drive to Entebbe. You shall have a stop at the equator for a moment before continuing to Entebbe. Check in at your hotel and await your exit flight the next day.

Day 7-Transfer to the airport for exit flight
Today depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the airport for the exit flight. If your flight schedule allows, you can opt for a Kampala city tour for the day.
